I Love this recipe especially during the holidays! They are beautiful and so tasty.
2 c. nuts
1 c. peanut butter chips
1c. milk cho. chips
Chop all up combine and set aside.
Caramel
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. corn syrup
1/4 c. butter
2/3 c. sweet n condensed milk
1/2 t. vanilla
Combine first 3 ingredients cook till boiling. Stir in #4 boil medium heat to medium low till reaches 236* Remove from heat ADD VANILLA (don't forget I always do)
I break my pretzel rods so they not so long. Dip the pretzel in Carmel and roll in the nut/chip mixture. Let cool on wax paper sprayed with a little Pam. Share and Enjoy
I have used this same recipe for Carmel apples, rolled in nuts and drizzled cho. over the top
